The "Ufo" trade union has
announced a three-year agreement for Lufthansa flight
attendants, which includes 17% salary increases for the 19
thousand employees as well as improvements to some allowances.
According to the Dpa agency, an inflation compensation bonus of
3,000 euros will be paid as soon as possible, and employees will
vote on whether or not to accept the agreement. The union had
begun demanding 15% raises over a period of 18 months and had
called a strike last month.
