Russia's claims that Ukraine, the
United States and Britain had something to do with Friday's
Moscow terror attack by Islamic State (ISIS) that killed 143
people are merely for propaganda purposes, Foreign Minister
Antonio Tajani said Tuesday. "It seems to me to be a lot of
propaganda, clearly the attack is Islamic, there have been
problems in the Muslim republics of the former Soviet Union and
there is always a very tense situation," he said. "I think it is
a demonstrative action of that world against Russia, which was
already planned".
