Montenegro has paid tribute to
Russia's opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who died yesterday in
a remote penal colony beyond the Arctic Circle. Today, Prime
Minister Milojko Spajic sent a condolence message to Navalny's
family, while the Foreign Ministry in Podgorica remembered
Putin's opponent as a man who "sacrificed his life fighting for
the values of democracy, freedom, and respect for human rights."
