04 December, 13:02 (ANSA) - ROME, 04 DIC - Power cuts in Kiev and the entire
region were announced today by power company Dtek, which

stabilize the situation," Ukrinform reported.

"More than 30 attacks with missile systems, 16 air strikes were launched on positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements along the line of contact.
