Covid: Hungary will allow flights from UK

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JAN 5 - "Beginning at midnight tonight, zero hour on January 6, Hungarian airports will be reopened for flights arriving from Great Britain and Northern Ireland," said on Twitter Zoltan Kovacs, the Hungarian Secretary of State for International Communication and Relations. Hungary stopped flights from the UK on December 22, 2020, after the discovery of a new variant of the virus. The local authorities previously announced that the ban would last until February 8.
