(ANSA) - TRIESTE, OCT 5 - Tasting a Sacher cake in Trieste in a Viennese-style Kaffeehaus will soon be possible in the first branch of Cafe' Sacher outside Austria. Sacher has chosen a former shoe store for its Trieste 'dépendance' and entrusted the project to architects Dizzi Alfons and Erich Bernhardt. The Sacher Café is likely to open before Christmas. In Austria, in addition to the Sacher Hotels in Vienna and Salzburg, there are two Kaffeehaeuser in Graz and Innsbruck. Since 1832 Sacher has been producing cakes and pastries according to its traditional recipes. (ANSA).
