The Vicino/lontano festival,
scheduled to take place in Udine May 3-7 with the Terzani Prize
2023, will also be a literary showcase with several novelties
and previews, such as journalist Floriana Bulfon's new
investigative book, "Macro mafia. The multinational clan that is
taking over the world," due to be published on April 26 by
Rizzoli, and Angela Terzani's "memoir" about her long love story
with her husband Tiziano Terzani, published by Longanesi.
Presenting for the first time their publications published in
Italy by Bottega Errante are the Moldovan writer Julian Ciocan,
one of his country's most authoritative voices, in Udine with
"Before Brežnev's Death," and Stefan Bošković, a Montenegrin
writer and screenwriter, at the festival with "The Minister," a
decadent portrait of the relationship between man and power.
