Slovenia: Bled Strategic Forum to be held on August 29-30
Focus on crisis of the multilateral order
29 August, 11:07This year's forum, a leading international conference in Central and South-Eastern Europe, will focus on the multilateral order's crisis and the international community's response to emerging challenges. The 17th Bled Strategic Forum will feature discussions on the multilateral order's crisis and the consequences of Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
Slovenian Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon stated that the event would provide a "very sincere and candid discussion about new geostrategic relations in the world against the backdrop of the consequences of the Ukrainian war," according to Slovenian news agency STA. According to STA, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will be among the 160 panelists, along with top Slovenian officials and three foreign heads of state, two prime ministers, and 15 foreign ministers.
