(ANSA) - TRIESTE, JUN 23 - The sixth edition of the Trieste Investment Forum, a reference event for the economic world in Europe and the Balkans that strives to integrate finance, economics, and geopolitics, is being held online today. This edition focuses on investments and financial developments in European and Mediterranean markets, Europe's support for the integration of Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia, the European economy during the conflict, the new geopolitical scenario related to the war in Ukraine and the impact of sanctions, as well as food security.

The Forum is organised by the Italian Banking, Insurance and Finance Federation (FeBAF) and the MIB Trieste School of Management, together with the OSCE and EBRD, with assistance from SRM, Generali Investments, and AFME.
