(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 04 DIC - In 47 municipalities where new mayors were not elected in the first round of the local elections, voters head to the polls today to elect them in run-offs. Polls are open between 7 am and 7pm, with first partial results starting to come in after 7.30pm, the Slovenian news agency STA reported.

In the 47 municipalities turnout averaged 10.2% by 11am, show National Electoral Commission data, according to STA. (ANSA).
