(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 9 - "Estonia supports the lowest possible Russian gas price cap" said Riina Sikkut, Estonia's Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure, arriving at the Energy Council in Brussels. Compared to a price cap on all gas, "we have to think that an intervention can be a price cap" but "it must be made acceptable". (ANSA).
