(ANSA) - MONTEBELLUNA (TREVISO), 05 GEN - Automotive: Novation, a new plant in Croatia A 3,000 Sqm plant for 50 employees, 3.5 m investment MONTEBELLUNA (TREVISO), January 5 - Novation Tech, a company based in Montebelluna (Treviso), chaired by Luca Businaro, which specialized in the processing of carbon composite materials mainly for the automotive sector, has launched a new production site in Labin (Croatia). In the plant, 50 employees are already operating, 18 trained through a specific course in the Treviso headquarters. The new factory covers an indoor area of ;3,000 square meters and, once fully operational, it will employ about 100 employees, mostly women, given the delicate and smooth movements needed in carbon lamination. The plant, whose construction entailed a 3,5 m euro investment, comes after another foreign office, in Hungary, which has been operational since 2011. Novation expects to close 2020 with a turnover aligned with that of the previous year, around 56 m but is working on development plans that should bring consolidated revenues to exceed 70 m already in 2022.
