(ANSA) - TRIESTE, OCT. 9 - Training professionals who are able to 'mix' the skills of each department participating in the 'construction' of a robot. This is the aim of the second level master of Robotics organized by the University of Trieste.

Alessandro Fraleoni Morgera, researcher at Units (University of Trieste) Engineering Department, explained that ''the master is open to physics, mathematics, astronomy and engineering graduates, the course will be taught entirely in English and will be close to practice and training , thanks also to the patronage of Confindustria Fvg, which will allow students to carry out more than 30% of the whole course while doing work experience in some company''. The associate professor of Units Engineering Department, Paolo Gallina, has instead underlined that ''robotics will double the turnover in the next few years and is a sector that includes different fields, for this reason we need a professional who is capable of dialogue with all specialists''. There are 15 places available, the course will be entirely taught in English, and is open to all students from the European Union, in particular those from eastern Europe, thanks to the collaboration with the universities of Nova Gorica and Ljubljana (Slovenia).
