Police questioned family
members and acquaintances throughout Thursday night in relation
to the killing of a woman in Ragusa who was found dead in her
home on Thursday with a broken skull.
Maria Zarba, 66, was married to a 74-year-old former lab
technician who didn't live in the home with her; had four
children, all of whom live outside of Ragusa; and a grandson who
lived in her home and found her dead upon his return from work
on Thursday.
Police have not offered any motives for the killing but said
they have excluded robbery as a possibility.
