A male nurse has
been arrested for allegedly raping a patient at the Casa
Sollievo della Sofferenza hospital in the southern town of San
Giovanni Rotondo, sources said Friday.
The alleged attack took place a month ago.
The identity of the suspect has not been revealed to protect
the victim.
The nurse has been suspended and the hospital has started the
dismissal procedure.
